Hours of Operation: 8 A.M. – Sunset
Opening: The pool is now open
Closing: Monday, September 29, 2025
There are 4 parking spots reserved for pool guests ONLY while the Pool is in season.
Don't forget to sign up for a week of pool duty (when applicable), or donate items needed, such as hand soap, small trash bags, bathroom cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels.
Keys
CCHOA is now using an electronic key card lock for our pool gate.
All key cards are $25.00.
Units are now able to purchase multiple keys.

No lifeguard, swim at own risk

No one under the age of 16 allowed without parental supervision

Shallow water, no diving allowed

No running or scuffling in pool concrete area

No glass within the pool fenced area

No alcoholic beverages

Guests must be accompanied by a resident homeowner

No pets
