New Board Member
CCHOA welcomes Carol Jones to the HOA Board of Directors.
Carol was appointed by the Board to fill the vacant position.  She will serve from 2025-2028. 

Mowing
Please do not leave trimmings from your flower beds or shrubs in your yard.  These damage our mowers' equipment. Also, please clean up your dog's waste. Going forward, our mowers will not mow any yard that has trimmings or dog waste present.

Drainage Project
Our drainage repair company is waiting for the ground between the units on Norway to completely dry out before they begin digging in preparation for installing the new drainage pipe.  They hope to be able to do this in September of October.
